Dance fitness is my favorite! This series combines high and low impact movements that will burn calories while listening to some of the most popular hits of today! What’s great about this program is that it’s very easy to follow. We provide you multiple movements to shake it in a high impact way or simplify them so that you can move at your own pace - in your own time. This is designed for you to have fun, let your walls down, dance it out and torch those calories all at the same time!
